All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following delivery

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, weather events, or courier issues.

 

Shipping Carriers:

We use Australia Post, Sendle, and other reputable courier partners.

 

International Shipping:

At this time, we only ship within Australia.

 

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a description

of the issue.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to
